3、運用功能Operating characteristics

3.4電纜線敷設時(shi)情(qing)況高溫應不(bu)高出(chu)0℃。

  The ambient temperature under installation should be above 0℃.

3.5電(dian)力(li)通(tong)信(xin)電(dian)纜曲折圓弧不(bu)低于電(dian)力(li)通(tong)信(xin)電(dian)纜外徑20倍。

四、數據線使用情況Installation ~and Operatihng Conditions

1、在水汽中敷設 Aerial laying

  1.1 單芯通信電纜持平敷設時平臺相應:185mm²及接下來為電攬直徑不低于的2倍,240mm²及上面的為90mm.。

      The single-core cables are parallel laid,the distance between the cable center is 2 times of the cable diameter for cross-section area of conductor≤185mm²and 90mm for cross-sectional area of con-ductor≥240mm²

  1.2 四周氛圍的(de)空(kong)氣體(ti)溫：40℃

       Ambient temperature : 40℃

  1.3 導體(ti)的持久非常(chang)高操作溫暖：90℃

       Max.long-run working temperature of conductor: 90℃

2、直埋敷設Direct-buried laying

2.1單芯線(xian)(xian)(xian)纜線(xian)(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)不接(jie)處敷設時，線(xian)(xian)(xian)纜線(xian)(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)機(ji)構長度為線(xian)(xian)(xian)纜線(xian)(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)內徑的2倍。

2.2土壞溫度(du)表Soil temperature：25℃

六、電纜安裝使用 Cable installation ~and application

1、數據線的會選擇Cable selection 

 1.1電纜的額定電壓U₀/U(Um)示為:UO是電纜設計用的導體對地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓,U是電纜設計用的導體間的額定工頻電壓,Um是設備可承受的最高系統電壓的最大值。

Cable rated voltage U₀/U(Um) stand for: U₀  is rated A.C. voltage designed between candactor to earth ~or motellic sereen. U is rated A.C. voltage desighed  between phase to phase, Umis max system voltage which equipment can withstand.

1.2結(jie)合纜(lan)線(xian)(xian)的(de)敷設必備條件(jian)及負荷什么意(yi)思的(de)各(ge)個(ge)，精準設計制作使用(yong)纜(lan)線(xian)(xian)的(de)規(gui)(gui)格尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)參(can)數規(gui)(gui)格尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)。非鎧(kai)裝型支持于空架、棚內、鐵路隧道、纜(lan)線(xian)(xian)溝(gou)等場所(suo)，，不容(rong)忍機重(zhong)力做用(yong)；鎧(kai)裝型同(tong)非鎧(kai)裝支持的(de)必備條件(jian)外可直埋于地底，能容(rong)忍必然(ran)的(de)機重(zhong)力做用(yong)。單芯纜(lan)線(xian)(xian)不容(rong)許敷設置(zhi)在生(sheng)成吸(xi)引力pvc管道中。易(yi)燃性易(yi)暴(bao)、無機化學金屬腐蝕刺激性及較高溫度、高低溫等場所(suo)，應(ying)使用(yong)特殊化規(gui)(gui)格尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)參(can)數的(de)纜(lan)線(xian)(xian)。

Cable types must be properly selected ~and designed in light of different installing places ~and loads. Not withstanding much mechnical force, non-armoured cables are often used in aerial line, tuunel, cable trench ~and indoors. Armoured type, aside from mentioned places, can be buried underground ~and bear mechanical forces. No single-core cable is allowed to be laid in magnctiable duct. Special cables should be chosen ~where goods are easily combusted ~and exploded ~and occasions with low ~or high temperature ~and chemical corrosion.

2、貯存和運輸車 Storage ~and transportation

高壓線纜(lan)在永久保存(cun)中(zhong)(zhong)，應正規紙盒包裝(zhuang)杜(du)絕常期室內沙灘陽光很烈，兩端頭耐(nai)用(yong)密封性(xing)，不沒能(neng)常期放(fang)置與(yu)濕冷的壞(huai)境中(zhong)(zhong)且高壓線纜(lan)盤沒能(neng)平(ping)放(fang)。運輸配送時(shi)需綜合考慮盤高并可行(xing)加固，起(qi)重(zhong)吊裝(zhuang)作(zuo)業(ye)時(shi)不沒能(neng)幾盤還起(qi)重(zhong)吊裝(zhuang)作(zuo)業(ye)，禁示從半空(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)推下(xia)。

While storage, avoid the package long-term exposure ~and keep both ends well sealed. It is not permissible to keep cable in moisture places for long time ~or the cable drum flat. During transportation the drum must be properly fixed and  hoisted one at a time. Dropping drums from high position is strictly forbidden.

3、敷設安裝程序Installation

3.1數(shu)據(ju)線(xian)(xian)敷(fu)設應用于通用型軟件工(gong)具，如布線(xian)(xian)架、導輥等，敷(fu)設方式中以防止機械化問題，避開熱媒。

 Special tools like paying-off rack ~and rollers shall be used during installation. Keep clear of heating source in case of mechanical injury. 

3.2電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)攬(lan)穿(chuan)(chuan)管(guan)(guan)敷設(she)時，通(tong)道直(zhi)徑不需小于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)攬(lan)外徑的(de)(de)1.5倍,二根電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)攬(lan)穿(chuan)(chuan)管(guan)(guan)時全面禁止電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)攬(lan)擰(ning)絞擠(ji)出(chu),通(tong)道有十分(fen)的(de)(de)體積(ji)(ji)，追求(qiu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)攬(lan)的(de)(de)總占地(di)(di)綠地(di)(di)面積(ji)(ji)不大于(yu)管(guan)(guan)道內(nei)部(bu)總占地(di)(di)綠地(di)(di)面積(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)40\%.

Inner radius of duct shall be not less than 1.5 times of cable diameter during installation in duct. When huclti-cables being laid in duct forbid to twist ~and pressure cables. The space inside duct shall be sufficient. The total area of cable requested shall be less than 40\% of total duct space

3.3電(dian)力電(dian)纜敷設最低的氣溫不(bu)低過(guo)0℃,打彎(wan)回轉半徑(jing)不(bu)小于等(deng)于20倍。

During installation min. ambient temperature shall be no less than 0℃ ~and bending radius is not less then 20 times of diameter.

3.4 當選用腰椎牽引帶導體夾盤模式敷設時，準許最高腰椎牽引帶力為P=OA(N),A導體受力. O為50N/mm²(銅(tong))和30N/mm2(鋁)。

The Max permissible pulling force is P=0A(N) during installation with conductor pulling head. A: cross-section of conductor O:50N/mm²(CU) ~and 30N/mm²(AI)

4、可靠性試驗 Test

使用(yong)完畢后低壓電纜不用(yong)短路電流下開展耐壓應力測(ce)(ce)試內(nei)阻各(ge)種測(ce)(ce)試，有必要的時可開展洽談工(gong)頻耐壓應力測(ce)(ce)試應力測(ce)(ce)試，歷經1min.

Insulation resistance test without load shall be conducted after installation. The H.V. test shall last for 1 min when necessary.
